Hope Coaching services are intended for coaching, personal development, education, reflection, clarity, mindset coaching and lifestyle development.

The services are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, clinical, financial, legal or religious services.

The Hope Coaching website and services are intended for people who are at least 18 years old.

If a person under 18 accesses the website, they must do so only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Certain website features may require authentication or a user account.

Users are asked not to submit medical, psychological, financial, legal, religious or highly sensitive information.

Submitting an intention does not guarantee an individual reply, a personal intervention or a specific outcome.

Hope Coaching may archive, moderate or delete submitted intentions when necessary for safety, confidentiality or website administration.

The Hope Coaching WhatsApp community is hosted on a third-party platform, WhatsApp / Meta.

By joining the community, the user also accepts the WhatsApp / Meta terms, policies and privacy settings.

Hope Coaching may moderate the community and remove people who:

Payments may be processed through Stripe or other authorised payment providers.

Prices are displayed before payment is finalised.

The main currency of the website may be AED; other currencies may be displayed when the website supports them.

The user is responsible for checking the final amount, the purchased product or service and the entered data before completing the payment.

Hope Coaching does not store full card data. Payment processing is handled by the payment provider.

Hope Coaching FZ-LLC is registered for VAT in the United Arab Emirates.

All prices displayed on the website are VAT inclusive, unless clearly stated otherwise.

VAT invoices, receipts and payment records are issued in accordance with the applicable UAE tax requirements.

All texts, books, materials, images, symbols, structures, names, concepts, audio / video content, visual elements and digital materials belong to Hope Coaching, the author or their licensors.

Users may not copy, publish, resell, distribute, adapt, modify or use Hope Coaching materials for commercial purposes without written consent.
