Refund Policy

Hope Coaching FZ-LLC offers digital products and services only: The Gate (a digital membership available as monthly, 6-month or annual access, depending on the plan selected by the user), Hope Workroom daily digital session access, and online digital access to books and materials in the Digital Library.

All displayed prices are VAT inclusive. TRN: 104427370200003.

Because of the digital nature of these products and services, purchases are generally final once digital access has been granted or the session registration has been confirmed.

The Gate is a digital membership available on three plans: Monthly (50 AED / month, VAT included), 6 Months (250 AED, VAT included) and Annual (500 AED, VAT included). Payment is collected upfront for the selected plan and grants digital access for that period.

Monthly plans renew automatically each month; 6-month and annual plans renew at the end of the paid period unless the user cancels the renewal from their account.

Membership payments are non-refundable on a pro-rata basis once digital access has been granted.

Users may cancel their membership at any time from their account, and cancellation will stop the next renewal. Access remains active until the end of the already paid billing period, unless otherwise required by applicable law. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically entitle the user to a refund for the period already active, since digital access has already been granted.

Hope Workroom provides paid access to a specific daily digital session or workroom experience.

Because access is time-sensitive and digital, payments are generally non-refundable once the session has started, access has been delivered, or the user has submitted the required participation details.

Refunds may be reviewed only in cases of duplicate payment, confirmed technical error, or failure to provide access due to an issue on our side, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

If Hope Coaching cancels a session, the user may receive, where applicable: a refund, a rescheduling, or a credit for a future session.

Digital books and digital library materials are provided as online digital access. They are not physical products and are not sold as downloadable files unless clearly stated otherwise.

Once digital access has been activated, delivered, opened, or made available to the user, payments are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Hope Coaching services are coaching, education and personal development services.

We do not guarantee specific personal, emotional, financial, professional or life outcomes.

We do not offer refunds simply because the user did not obtain a desired outcome.

Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval. Each request is reviewed based on the product type, access status, payment status, technical logs where applicable, and applicable legal requirements.

This policy does not limit the mandatory rights of the consumer where they apply by law.
