The Briefing is the main guidance for the day. It offers a clear direction, a point of reflection and a message that helps you place your attention on what matters.
What is Intention?
Intention is the space where you set the intention of the day. It helps you clarify your direction, your energy and your inner steps before entering the rhythm of the day.
What is Journal?
Journal is the space of reading and reflection. Here you find articles, themes and perspectives that help you better understand what you live and what you choose to build.
What is Circle?
Circle is the Hope Coaching community space. It is the place where members stay connected with the messages, energy and direction of the space.
Are books included in The Gate subscription?
The Gate subscription gives you access to the Library space, where you discover Hope Coaching's digital books. Premium books are purchased separately, from inside your member account.
Are Workroom sessions included in the subscription?
The subscription gives you access to the Workroom space. Premium sessions are purchased separately, and access is available only to active members.
Can I buy a book or session without a subscription?
No. To buy or access premium digital books and Workroom sessions, you first need an active The Gate subscription.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can stop renewal anytime, directly from your account. Access stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
Is VAT included in the price?
Yes. All displayed prices include VAT. There are no additional fees at checkout.
How do I get access after payment?
Once payment is completed, your account is activated automatically and you receive instant access to the private Gate space.
Is it recommended to install the Hope Coaching app?
Yes. You can use Hope Coaching directly from your browser, but installing the app on your phone is recommended for a faster experience and for notifications. When notifications are enabled, you may receive updates when a new Briefing, Workroom session, Journal article, or Library book is published. Notifications depend on your phone permissions and app settings.
What notifications can I receive?
Members may receive notifications when a new Briefing, Workroom session, Journal article, or Library book is published. To receive them, install the Hope Coaching app on your phone and allow notifications.
Is the content available online?
Yes. The entire Hope Coaching space is online and accessible anytime, from any internet-connected device.
